Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with installations.
• Valid Utah Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, layouts, and installation specifications.
• Proficient in documenting work with field-service software.
• Excellent troubleshooting, material planning, and site organization.

BECOMING OUR LEAD PLUMBING INSTALLER

Enjoy a starting pay of $25 – $28 per hour (depending on experience) and generous benefits. This includes:

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

You'll work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You'll be dispatched daily from your home directly to job sites-no need to report to a central office each morning. This means you can start and end your day with more efficiency and less commute time.

You'll review the approved scope of work, verify materials, and manage the project from the initial walkthrough all the way through to final completion. With an assigned helper by your side, you'll delegate tasks, maintain productivity, and ensure every installation meets Utah code, manufacturer requirements, and Drain Kingz's high standards. Throughout the day, you'll communicate with management, customers, and property-management companies, providing updates and resolving any concerns. You'll also be responsible for documenting your work, uploading before-and-after photos, submitting invoices and receipts, and ensuring every job file is complete before you close out the project.

THE TYPE OF LEAD PLUMBING INSTALLER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of professional plumbing experience, with a focus on installations
• Clean driving record and experience operating a company vehicle
• Utah Journeyman or Master Plumber license
• Experience leading a helper or small installation crew
• Experience managing sold jobs independently from start to finish
• Strong communication skills
• Strong familiarity in residential and light commercial plumbing installations
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, layouts, and installation specifications
• Proficiency using field-service software for documentation
• Excellent troubleshooting, material-planning, and job-site organization skills
