Qualifications

• 4+ years of plumbing installation experience, with 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Journeyman plumbing license or state-required certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing installation crews in project setup and completion.
• Install plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, water heaters, gas lines, and related components.
• Train, mentor, and support apprentices and technicians.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure installations comply with codes and OSHA standards; perform testing and inspections.
