MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews and deliver quality plumbing installations. You will supervise a team, read blueprints, plan schedules, and ensure safety and code compliance on every project.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a mechanical or plumbing crew in construction.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of mechanical field employees, including assigning tasks and guidance.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule plumbing projects to meet deadlines and allocate resources.
• Coordinate installations, repairs, and maintenance with project managers and contractors.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure codes, regs and safety standards compliance.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
