Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Plumbing Foreman experience.
• Commercial/industrial plumbing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, plumbing codes, blueprints, and building codes.
• Ability to interpret plans and specifications to execute projects.
• Proficient in measuring, testing and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial plumbing projects from layout to completion.
• Supervise plumbers and apprentices, mentoring on site.
• Plan manpower, materials and daily jobsite activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and inspectors.
• Ensure work meets safety, quality and code requirements.
