Unknown Company is a small dynamic Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineering firm with offices in San Francisco, Oakland, and Los Angeles, seeking a Plumbing/FP Engineer with extensive experience. The role focuses on transportation-heavy projects including rail, airports, and ports, and requires on-site work in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
Candidates should have a Mechanical Engineering degree and proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, plus knowledge of Cal Green, Title 24, and NFPA
Qualifications
- 10+ years plumbing design experience across educational, residential, industrial and transportation projects.
- Well-versed with California and local plumbing codes, Cal Green, Title 24 and NFPA.
- Capable of plumbing calculations, design, layout, and writing specifications.
- Able to review and QA/QC other designers' work and provide comments.
- Attend meetings with clients and perform site investigations.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing design, calculations and layout for assigned projects.
- Review plans for compliance and provide QA/QC feedback.
- Attend client meetings and conduct site investigations as required.
