Qualifications

• Four years engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience.
• Minimum of 2-5 years supervisory experience with similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures preferred.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises plumbing craft activities including determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked.
• Supervises technical field staff engaged in setup, maintenance and integrity of plumbing operations and equipment, coaching subordinates in job skills improvement and productivity.
• Coordinates assigned work with other crafts, departments, or contractors; maintains liaison with engineering, estimating, project management and planning to ensure work complies with drawings and schedules.
• Oversees safety, regulatory compliance, permits, insurance, and OSHA/EPA requirements for the job.
• Acts as liaison with Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Engineering to ensure materials, inspections, and equipment support craft activities and project schedule.
