Job summary

Capstone Mechanical, LP. is seeking a Plumbing Leader to motivate a crew and successfully run jobs. You will supervise safety, quality control, and daily activities under the Field Supervisor, while coordinating with GC’s site supervisor and planning material orders.

Strong leadership and blueprints interpretation are essential. Applicants should read and interpret plans, ensure compliance with codes, and maintain paperwork.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities to supervise a small crew.
• Excellent customer service and ability to exceed expectations.
• Strong math skills and basic computer literacy.
• Mechanical inclination and hands-on problem solving.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and policies.
• Experience with plumbing tools: saws, torches, benders, welders.
• Familiarity with forklift, man-lift and other equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to complete required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew and supervise daily duties, quality control, and safety.
• Read blueprints, determine layouts for plumbing systems and water networks.
• Plan two weeks ahead and order materials accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with codes, policies, and site regulations.
• Coordinate with GC’s and site supervisor for meetings and updates.
• Maintain records and paperwork related to installations and repairs.
