Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Twin Cities area. The candidate will manage plumbing/mechanical construction projects while coordinating with clients and field teams, ensuring project profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial plumbing or mechanical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction processes.
• Experience working directly with GCs, owners, and field operations teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing/mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Support estimating and preconstruction activities as needed.
• Attend project meetings and provide field coordination/support.
