You will lead multi-discipline coordination for high-rise, mid-rise, and mixed-use projects, including podiums and garages, while coordinating with MEP and architectural teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, practical code-grounded solutions, and delivery through construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of plumbing/fire protection design experience in a consulting setting preferred.
• Strong experience with BIM workflows and coordination across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing and fire protection design for multifamily and mixed-use projects.
• Coordinate domestic water, drainage, sanitary, gas systems, and related components.
• Produce clear documentation for new construction and renovations.
• Mentor designers and junior engineers; ensure QA/QC across deliverables.
• Collaborate in a BIM-driven environment with MEP teams and architects.
