Qualifications

• Fifteen years of experience in plumbing design, including waste and vent, supply systems, and roof drain design.
• Familiarity with the International Plumbing Code and NFPA 13.
• LEED certification/experience is a plus; CPD is preferred.
• Experience with laboratories/medical facilities design; ASSE 6060 is a plus.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Design plumbing systems including medical/laboratory piping and gases.
• Develop design calculations and equipment selections for buildings.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines.
• Perform on-site surveys to document existing conditions.
• Provide support for construction administration services.
