Job summary

Meade, a full-service design firm, is seeking a Plumbing Designer III to design plumbing systems for data centers and large-scale constructions. The role blends design execution, coordination, and production, ensuring efficient integration into broader mechanical designs.

The ideal candidate has strong Revit expertise, a solid understanding of plumbing codes, and the ability to manage deliverables while coordinating with clients, engineers, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, industry standards, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design plumbing layouts for domestic water, sanitary waste, storm drainage, and gas piping.
• Create detailed Revit plumbing construction documents with协调 with other disciplines.
• Manage design schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Select equipment and fixtures in line with project specs and standards.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders; assist with site visits and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers for seamless integration.
• Provide guidance to drafters and junior team members as needed.
