Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced plumber to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings. You will ensure compliance with codes and safety standards while delivering quality service to customers.

You will communicate with customers, train junior staff, and maintain licenses and equipment. A strong knowledge of plumbing codes and hands-on trades experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; on‑the‑job and formal training in plumbing.
• 6+ years’ experience in plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Plumbing and/or gas license as required by regulations.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Knowledge of national, state, and local plumbing codes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer plumbing issues in a courteous, timely manner.
• Assemble, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures per codes and specs.
• Test joints and pipe systems for leaks; inspect high pressure systems.
• Direct helpers and manage materials, tools, and inventory.
• Maintain licenses, follow safety protocols, and uphold company standards.
