Job summary
Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Scarborough, ME, is seeking a Master Plumber to diagnose, service, and install plumbing in residential and light-commercial environments. You will work under minimal supervision and hold a master license as required by regulations, ensuring all work complies with plumbing codes.
Seven years of experience, EPA/safety certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills are required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with on-the-job and formal classroom training in plumbing work in construction, maintenance, commercial, and residential environments.
- Seven years’ experience in plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation.
- Plumbing and/or gas license as required by regulations.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Knowledge of national/state/local plumbing codes and safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and install plumbing in residential and light-commercial settings.
- Assemble, install, or repair piping, fittings, and fixtures per codes.
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with supervisor and maintain company property and tools.
