The ideal candidate has 2+ years of plumbing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid State Plumbing License. You will read blueprints, estimate materials and labor, mentor junior teammates, and collaborate with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State plumbing license required.
• Minimum 2+ years plumbing experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan layouts.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment and labor costs.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and water heaters.
• Keep accurate records of work and progress.
