Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- State Plumbing license as required.
- Proven experience as a Plumber; 2+ years in a plumbing role.
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss requirements and timelines.
- Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
