Pueblo Mechanical & Controls in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Plumber III to take ownership of complex commercial plumbing installations and mentor junior teammates. You’ll read blueprints, install piping systems, diagnose issues, and ensure code-compliant work on large projects.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial/industrial plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Mastery of plumbing systems, materials, local/national codes (IPC/UPC), and advanced installation techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.
• Leadership mindset with willingness to mentor juniors and support crew success.

Responsabilidades

• Independently planning, laying out, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing piping systems, fixtures, valves, pumps, water heaters, and related equipment in commercial and industrial settings.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in plumbing systems, performing pressure testing, leak detection, drain cleaning/unclogging, backflow testing, and system balancing.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, schematics, and work orders to execute code-compliant installations and repairs.
• Collaborating with other trades, coordinating site activities, and mentoring Plumber I and II team members.
