Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Texas driver’s license (must have less than 10 points).
• Master Plumbing license.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance and installation techniques.
• Knowledge of local and state Texas plumbing codes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics and written reference material.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Five years in the plumbing field.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair plumbing systems across campuses and support buildings.
• Maintain all plumbing systems (water, gas, drainage, and fixtures) in optimal operating condition so facilities remain safe and fully functional for educational use.
