Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and a current plumbing journeyman license.
• Master license preferred.
• Must have valid Texas drivers license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Four years of experience in plumbing trade with knowledge of commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and supervise the daily workload of plumbers and helpers.
• Inspect in-progress and completed plumbing projects.
• Provide on-site supervision of hazardous or unusual tasks.
• Ensure equipment, materials, tools, and safety gear are available for tasks.
• Estimate time and material costs for special projects.
• Train personnel in safe operation of equipment.
• Maintain AISD plumbing, irrigation, and related systems.
