Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced PLM Test Automation Engineer in Mason, Ohio (hybrid) to ensure release readiness of 3DEXPERIENCE-based solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain automated tests, build scalable frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end processes and system integrations.

You will leverage AI-assisted testing tools to improve coverage, support SIT/UAT, and drive efficient testing across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Test Automation Engineering, QA, and Software Testing for enterprise apps.
• Strong experience with PLM systems and the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools including Selenium, Playwright, TestComplete, VBScript.
• Experience in functional, regression, and system integration testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for the 3DX platform.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
• Maintain automation assets, repositories, and documentation.
• Optimize test execution to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and framework improvements; leverage AI-assisted testing.
• Support SIT, UAT, and release validation; collaborate across teams.
