Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Application Developer to design, build, and maintain PLM integrations, connecting Teamcenter or Windchill with ERP, MES, CAD, and other systems.

You will implement data transformations, workflows, and connectors to enable digital thread capabilities. The role emphasizes scalable integration solutions, security, and collaboration with architects, analysts, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in application development and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom integration solutions for PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill) using APIs, middleware, and scripting.
• Build and maintain integrations between PLM and ERP, MES, CAD, and other systems; ensure data security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance of integration solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions; participate in code reviews and define best practices.
• Stay current with PLM and integration tech to drive automation improvements.
