Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Application Developer to design and maintain robust PLM integrations that connect Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, ERP, MES, and CAD systems. The role emphasizes scalable data exchange and digital thread initiatives across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, PLM platform experience, and a drive to implement efficient, automated integration solutions in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in application development and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom integration solutions for PLM systems using APIs, middleware, and scripting.
• Build and maintain integrations between PLM and ERP, MES, CAD, and other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and engineering teams; participate in code reviews.
• Stay current with PLM, integration frameworks, and digital manufacturing; propose improvements.
