Job summary

The Senior Specialist, Application Developer role at L3Harris Technologies, Inc. focuses on designing, developing and maintaining integrations between PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill) and ERP/MES/CAD ecosystems to enable digital thread initiatives.

You will implement APIs, middleware and data transformations, collaborate with architects and analysts, and drive continuous improvement in scalable integration solutions across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in application development and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom integration solutions for PLM systems using APIs, middleware, and scripting.
• Build and maintain integrations between PLM and ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Work closely with architects, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in PLM, integration frameworks, and digital manufacturing.
