Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Application Developer to design, build, and maintain PLM integration solutions across ERP, MES, and CAD systems. You will implement data transformations, workflows, and connectors to enable digital thread initiatives.

The role requires strong programming skills, PLM platform experience, and a focus on scalable, secure data exchange across product lifecycles. Remote-friendly with 9/80 schedule and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in application development and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom integration solutions for PLM systems using APIs, middleware, and scripting.
• Build and maintain integrations between PLM and ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay up to date with PLM, integration frameworks, and digital manufacturing trends.
