Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist, Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill) and enterprise apps.

The role focuses on scalable integration solutions supporting digital thread and MBSE processes. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, perform code reviews, and stay current with PLM,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in application development and system integration.
Proven track record with major PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill).
Hands-on experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ESB, microservices).

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom integration solutions for PLM systems using APIs, middleware, and scripting.
Implement workflows, data transformations, and connectors to enable digital thread capabilities.
Build and maintain integrations between PLM and ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance across integrated platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, optimizing performance and scalability.
