Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager in Sunnyvale, CA. This hybrid role requires an average of two days per week in an HPE office, leading cross-functional teams to release new hardware products and manage end-to-end lifecycle from introduction to decline.

You will oversee internal and external resources, mentor the team, and drive improvements across quality, cost, delivery and risk mitigation. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in PM roles are requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in project management roles or in similar roles/businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal projects from scope to delivery, across CM or ODM designs.
• Ensure supply chain requirements are met on time and at the lowest cost with quality.
• Manage day-to-day program activities: set expectations, report progress, and resolve roadblocks.
• Represent supply chain aspects of product lifecycle with PLM, Engineering and other functions.
