Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management Engineer to own the PLM platform operations across large enterprise environments. You’ll manage installation, configuration, performance, upgrades, and integrations for Windchill or Teamcenter while ensuring reliability and security.

Collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams will be essential. The role requires 6+ years of PLM admin experience, strong Linux/Unix, and expertise in upgrades/migrations, with exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Five+ years of PLM platform administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with either PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter in production.
• Strong experience with PLM upgrades and migrations.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database administration.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
• Experience operating HA/DR for PLM environments.
• Familiarity with PLM integration brokers and middleware.
• Scripting skills in shell, Python, or Ansible.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical operation of the PLM platform — installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, integrations, and high availability.
• Partner with functional, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver a reliable, performant PLM ecosystem.
• Lead PLM upgrades and migrations and guide integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Maintain security, monitoring, and disaster recovery posture for critical PLM environments.
