Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management Engineer for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will own the PLM platform operations, including installation, upgrades, tuning, and integrations, partnering with engineering and manufacturing to ensure reliability and security.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PLM administration experience, strong knowledge of Windchill or Teamcenter, and solid database and Linux skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
5+ years of PLM platform administration experience.
Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter in production.
Experience with PLM upgrades and migrations.
Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database administration.
Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
Experience with HA/DR for PLM environments.
Familiarity with PLM integration brokers and middleware.
Scripting skills in shell, Python, or Ansible.
Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own technical operation of the PLM platform, including installation and configuration.
Performance tuning, upgrades, and migrations for PLM environments.
Develop integrations and ensure high availability and security.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and functional teams to deliver a reliable PLM ecosystem.
