Job summary

Locus Robotics is hiring a Senior PLM & Configuration Management Specialist to drive ECR/ECO processes and steward product data across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product teams. You will ensure data integrity, govern BOMs, and oversee PLM workflows for globally deployed robotics products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware-focused product environments with design, manufacturing, and service aspects.
• Experience in Engineering Change Management, PLM, and Configuration Management.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer ECR/ECO processes and Coordinate Change Control Board (CCB) activities.
• Review changes for completeness, accuracy, and procedural compliance.
• Manage PLM system administration, user access, workflows, and data governance.
