Job summary

Xona, a leading navigational intelligence company, seeks a Configuration Manager to own PDM/PLM systems, manage ECO processes, and ensure engineering data integrates with ERP, MES, and procurement. You will shape how data infrastructure supports scaling to a constellation with cross-functional impact across engineering, Supply Chain, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years administering PDM/PLM platforms in a hardware-centric engineering organization.
• Experience building or managing ECO processes through lifecycle stages.
• Interface engineering with procurement, manufacturing, and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• PDM/PLM ownership for product lifecycle, BOMs, standards, libraries, docs, and change management.
• Design and implement a lightweight ECO process balancing control and speed.
• ERP integration with Supply Chain and Production for ERP system.
• MES integration linking test procedures with part revisions and change history.
• Cross-functional tooling support: identify gaps, configure systems or write process docs.
• Documentation & Training for engineering systems across sites.
