Job summary

Quest Global seeks an experienced PLC Programmer – Allen-Bradley for an on-site role in Ardmore, Oklahoma. The candidate will bring 10–12 years of experience with Rockwell Automation and Allen-Bradley PLC, performing on-site debugging, configuration, and integration with upper-level control systems.

You will coordinate with field technicians, review device configurations, and ensure accurate mappings while traveling to ExxonMobil locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Required BE/BTech/BS in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical.
• 10–12 years of experience in PLC programming.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley PLC.

Responsibilities

• Write Permits for any applicable work required on site.
• Support and work cooperatively with field technicians to diagnose and resolve communication failures, equipment malfunctions and general technical issues on site or via remote access
• Travel to ExxonMobil business locations to install custom RedLion Software
• Software may require slight modifications to ensure that all mappings are correct and flowing into upper level control systems appropriately.
• Verify ATG device configuration is correct.
• Rectify any misconfigurations through a Management of Change.
• Be the liaison between IT/SCADA, Measurement, and Production Accounting Personnel to troubleshoot ATG data feeds from Device to ProCount.
• Interface with OS&S Measurement team for functional guidance.
• Document installed RedLion software for appropriate archival and audit history
