Job summary

Valeo seeks a Process/Manufacturing Engineering Manager/Director to lead the site’s industrial technologies and process expertise. You will coordinate interfaces across the site and with the Process Expertise Center, guiding industrial teams and the overall site industrial plan to deliver on the Master Plan.

You should have a Bachelor's in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics and 4+ years of PLC programming experience in high-speed environments, with hands-on experience in Allen-Bradley, Fanuc,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
4+ years of PLC programming experience in high-speed industrial environments.
Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and robotics from Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA.
Knowledge of VFDs and vision systems (Keyence or Cognex) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead industrial technologies and coordinate the process expertise across the site.
Manage production and industrialization teams and the site industrial plan.
Drive standardization programs for product and process across the perimeter.
Participate in technical committees and oversee industrialization projects.
Define Budgets and Master Site Industrial Performance targets.
