Job summary

First Due is seeking a Platform Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability across the platform. You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and Security to improve reliability and security while driving automation and deployment excellence.

The role emphasizes architectural leadership, golden-path standardization, and collaboration with senior engineering leadership to elevate platform standards in a fully remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or cloud platforms.
• Proven production cloud environments management.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Strong IaC practice with Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalents.
• Skilled in networking, security, and high-availability design.
• Proficient scripting in Python/Bash/PowerShell or similar.

Responsibilities
