Job summary

Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a senior software engineering leader to drive platform development standards and architecture across teams. You will enable delivery of SPE components, address security and regulatory constraints, and guide the roadmap with scalable, future-ready solutions.

Lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and ensure agile practices align with Lilly’s regulatory timelines and business strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
7+ years of experience delivering software solutions across the development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, support).
5+ years of technical leadership experience in delivering software projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive adoption of platform development standards and architecture patterns across teams.
Enable delivery of SPE software components, addressing risk, privacy, cybersecurity and legal constraints.
Drive design of scalable, resilient feature requests and align with Lilly technologies.
Provide evaluation of proposed projects and future releases.
Mentor junior team members and influence technology solutions across teams.
Ensure agile delivery practices align with regulatory expectations and Lilly processes.
