• Experience owning major technical initiatives involving secure platform design, control implementation, or engineering workflow transformation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical risk and tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated mentoring or technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex platform security engineering initiatives across multiple systems or domains.
• Defines secure target states, reference architectures, and design patterns for platform and shared services.
• Drives secure-by-default controls and reduces engineering friction while improving risk posture.
• Embeds security requirements into CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, deployment models and service lifecycle management.
• Partners with security, product, platform, and infrastructure teams to align delivery priorities.
• Evaluates and adopts new platform security technologies and automation opportunities.
