Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a DevOps & SRE Engineer to ensure availability, performance, and operational excellence of large-scale systems. You’ll apply software engineering to infrastructure, automate complex services, and push reliability with measurable improvements.

The role requires deep Linux expertise, Kubernetes proficiency, and strong programming in Python/Go/Java, with experience in observability and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering on large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java with automation focus.
• Deep Linux experience at scale: networking, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Production experience operating Kubernetes and container-based workloads.
• Solid observability knowledge: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/EFK.
• Hands-on design of CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, performance, and operational excellence of large-scale systems in production.
• Apply software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations problems.
• Automate and operate complex services; drive reliability as a first-class deliverable.
• Collaborate across teams to push the platform toward higher reliability with lower toil.
