C1.ai is building a horizontal identity platform that connects SaaS apps, infrastructure, and tools to manage access. The team seeks engineers who own reliability and drive observability, with a focus on scalable cloud infrastructure, IaC tooling, and production-grade development.

The role emphasizes ownership, fast delivery, and a FedRAMP-enabled environment. Candidates should have strong Go/Python skills, Kubernetes experience, and a passion for solving complex reliability challenges.

Competenze

• Track record building and operating production systems at scale for real customers.
• Experience operating cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) and using IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Strong programming skills in Go and/or Python for tools and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and production container orchestration.
• Deep understanding of observability, dashboards, and alerting that drive action.

• Own the reliability and scalability of our platform, including core cloud and FedRAMP environments.
• Build observability and tooling to understand system behavior and incidents.
• Drive operational excellence with product teams from the start of features.
