Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Sr. Director of Platform Product Marketing to define and lead the platform narrative across the portfolio. You will drive strategy, cross-functional alignment, and storytelling that resonates with executive buyers and accelerates growth.

You will build and lead a world-class team, collaborate with product management, corporate marketing, and sales, and enable the field with high-impact tools and market-driven roadmaps. This is a hybrid role in the US.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of marketing or product marketing experience in large-scale tech companies.
• Experience building and marketing enterprise-scale platform products.
• Data-driven decision making across pricing, marketing and sales; AI tooling in marketing.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across product, marketing, sales, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead platform marketing strategy and messaging for the NetApp Platform.
• Build and develop a world-class platform product marketing team.
• Leverage AI to scale content, insights, and sales enablement.
• Create high-impact sales tools and customer-facing materials.
• Lead go-to-market plans for major platform releases and launches.
• Establish KPIs and measure impact of marketing efforts.
