Job summary

Aiwyn, a fast-growing SaaS startup led by an experienced team, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Platform capabilities. You will drive implementations, reduce go-live time, and build a scalable setup experience across firms.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to shape infrastructure, productivity tooling, and internal platforms, while establishing metrics and guiding cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience with strong roadmap ownership.
• Excellent product roadmapping, prioritization, and clear communication.
• Strong lifecycle instincts, deep customer problem understanding.
• Proven execution ability to ship software and align teams.
• Track record showing rapid growth and domain expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation roadmap and remove bottlenecks on the critical path.
• Turn manual setup into self-serve configuration with data migration tooling.
• Go deep with Implementation Managers and firms during live go-lives.
• Own platform areas outside integrations: infra and developer experience.
• Define success metrics for implementation health and hold teams to them.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, Services, CS, and sales to ship changes.
