Job summary

Socure is hiring Senior Product Marketing Managers to support key areas of our growing product portfolio, including Document Verification, Compliance, Fraud, and Identity & KYA. You will develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth for your aligned product area.

You’ll partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define positioning and messaging, develop go-to-market strategies, lead market research, and support product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications.
• 5+ years in product marketing, marketing, or related field in identity verification, fintech, RegTech, or similar tech space.
• Strong ability to translate complex products into clear customer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Socure’s solutions.
• Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategy and content.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Create sales enablement materials: presentations, datasheets, FAQs, and product collateral.
• Track and analyze product and campaign performance to optimize impact.
• Develop customer-facing content such as case studies and blog posts.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform improvements.
• Champion leadership competencies like collaboration, adaptability, and customer-centric mindset.
