Job summary

CAIS is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Core Platform team responsible for IAM, learning management, and the public website. You will partner with engineering leadership to prioritize backlog and align platform services with multiple squads including Capital Markets, Funds, Marketing, and Data.

AI will be used daily to drive research, prioritization, and results. Based in New York, NY, CAIS offers a hybrid in-office model with a minimum of 3 days in office per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading platform or infrastructure product areas.
• Knowledge of compliance-adjacent product work.
• Ability to define ownership boundaries between shared services and consuming teams.
• Strong communication with executive and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction for Core Platform including IAM and authentication.
• Drive platform modernization with self-service admin and bulk user management.
• Set enterprise authentication roadmap for multi-firm and SSO migrations.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal on identity-integrity workflows.
• Represent priorities in cross-functional planning and translate technical trade-offs.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on resourcing and sequencing.
