Job summary

Capital One is seeking an accomplished Product Manager to reimagine our digital products and lead cross-functional teams in building user-focused platforms. The role emphasizes strategic AI initiatives, scalable infrastructure, and delivering high-quality, consistent UI/UX across consumer channels.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience and a proven ability to translate business strategy into digital products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One.

Reimagine the status quo and identify value creation opportunities
Drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology
Build and scale innovative products and user-focused platforms
Shape foundational platforms and products used by millions of Capital One customers
Lead strategic initiatives across AI, platform infrastructure, and greenfield products
Build AI tools and platforms for engineering teams
Own high-throughput communication engines delivering real-time interactions
Drive quality and UI/UX consistency across customer-facing digital channels
Lead greenfield enterprise supplier and operational platform initiatives
Lead cross-functional teams, solve customer problems, and drive organizational alignment
