Job summary

Mercury is seeking a senior product manager to own identity, roles, permissions, and authorization end to end. You will design a platform layer that other product teams build upon, enabling scalable access management for a diverse customer base from startups to enterprises.

You will balance product and platform tradeoffs, lead cross-functional collaboration, and proactively shape the roadmap as the space evolves to support more agents and users.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience on horizontal or platform teams.
• Experience with identity, roles, and authorization systems.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into a clear point of view and lead end-to-end work.
• Strong collaboration with design, engineering, GTM, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own identity, roles, permissions, and authorization end to end.
• Run platform-level decisions and define how other teams engage with the layer.
• Make onboarding and access management intuitive and trustworthy for founders and teams.
• Shape the direction of the space as product ambition grows.
