Job summary

PowerPlan, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager, Platform to lead the development of the NXT cloud platform and its shared capabilities, owning the Data Hub data product and guiding data flow for AI-driven use cases.

Embedded with the Scrum team, you will shape technical direction, collaborate with Development, Cloud, and Architecture leads, and drive research with customers and production escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Development, Architecture, Design, Cloud, and Services/Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term technical roadmap for Data Hub, collaborating with Dev, Cloud, and Architecture leads.
• Frame the platform data layer as a value-add powering reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
• Define requirements, planning, and UX decisions for shared platform capabilities like APIs, adapters, reporting, and security.
