Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or product design experience (at least 5 in product management).
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Ability to articulate great user experience and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Outcome-oriented mindset with collaborative path-to-outcome planning.
• Experience working with partners beyond immediate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive landscape and influence design and product marketing for a unified outcome.
• Define success with measurable objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Define a winning product strategy and create a sound roadmap.
• Align vision, OKR, strategy and roadmap with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Prioritize work based on inputs from multiple stakeholders and stay flexible to iterate.
• Maintain product backlog and the product roadmap.
• Partner with senior tech leads and execute the vision with cross-functional leaders.
• Present product roadmap and status to the leadership on an ongoing basis.
