Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Program Management Senior Manager to lead Platform Planning for OCI across GPU, Compute, and Storage platforms. This role drives integrated business planning and execution of demand, supply, and deployment plans for a rapidly expanding cloud infrastructure.

Ideal candidate brings IBP/S&OP experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering scalable planning strategies in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in demand planning, supply planning, materials planning, or related functions.
• 4+ years leading planning teams or large cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong IBP, S&OP/SIOP, inventory strategy, and supplier collaboration.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, and planning platforms like Oracle Cloud SCM, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with forecasting and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional organizations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in fast-paced global environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform planning for OCI Compute, Storage, and AI infra.
• Drive integrated planning across Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Eng, PM, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Finance, and Data Center Ops.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, and Capacity Planning to align priorities.
• Lead scenario planning and data-driven planning strategies.
• Own planning governance with master data and ERP/MRP systems.
• Champion continuous improvements in planning processes and analytics.
