Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Program Management Senior Manager to lead Platform Planning for OCI Compute, Storage, and AI infrastructure. You will translate strategic objectives into executable demand, supply, and deployment plans, coordinating across Demand, Capacity, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance to ensure resilient execution.

The role emphasizes IBP/S&OP, supplier collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in planning analytics and governance within a fast-paced global cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, materials planning, capacity planning, integrated business planning, or related supply chain functions.
• 4+ years of experience leading planning teams or managing large cross-functional planning initiatives.
• Experience developing, validating, and operationalizing demand plans into executable supply and operational plans.
• Strong understanding of IBP, S&OP/SIOP, demand planning, inventory strategy, capacity planning, and supplier collaboration.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, and enterprise planning platforms such as Oracle Cloud SCM, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or equivalent.
• Ability to influence cross-functional organizations and communicate complex planning strategies to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform planning for OCI Compute, Storage, and AI infrastructure with executable demand, supply, and deployment plans.
• Drive integrated planning across multiple teams to balance customer demand, supply continuity, and inventory investment.
• Partner with engineering, product management, manufacturing, sourcing, and capacity planning to align platform priorities and deployment objectives.
• Lead scenario planning and data-driven planning strategies to manage demand variability and deployment risks.
• Own planning governance including master data, ERP/MRP systems, and scalable processes.
• Champion continuous improvement of planning processes, systems, analytics, and executive reporting.
