Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Staff Platform Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain core cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform services that enable AI-driven research and product development. Reporting to the Senior Director, Data and AI Platform, this role is remote and part of the CSO Office in Washington, DC.

You will build scalable cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), implement IaC with Terraform or Pulumi, and automate provisioning for data scientists and engineers,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud platform and multi-cloud familiarity.
• IaC experience (Terraform, Pulumi) and CI/CD tooling across platforms.
• Security, networking, monitoring, and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Build, automate, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure deployment.
• Develop a self-service platform for compute, data, and ML resources.
• Embed security, governance, and observability by design.
• Mentor engineers and drive standards across teams.
