• Strong craft across interaction design, information architecture, and end-to-end flows.
• Hands-on comfort with AI-enabled design and prototyping tools.
• Comfortable operating across product, engineering, and experience to shape end-to-end solutions.
• Background in workflow-oriented or systems design rather than feature-only design.
• Turns problems and insight into tangible, working experiences, not just mockups.
• Ability to synthesize user needs, business context, and technical constraints into direction.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment without formal authority.
• High learning velocity in ambiguous, fast-evolving spaces.

Responsibilities

• Research how people actually work across the platform using interviews, journey mapping, and signals.
• Define what should exist and prioritize opportunities delivering outsized value.
• Decide which flows to replace, simplify, or significantly improve using evidence.
• Prove concepts by building working prototypes with AI tools and real data.
• Package results as clear before vs after proof points to drive change.
• Translate research and proofs into platform-level direction and path.
