As a Senior Manager, Software Development, you will lead a first-line engineering team building reliable, secure, and delightful deployment capabilities across the OCI Developer Platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams that design, build, and operate scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native systems, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, or release engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a first-line engineering team building deployment capabilities across OCI Developer Platform.
• Create the conditions for your team to deliver meaningful customer impact and grow engineers.
• Hire, develop talent, set direction, and manage execution in a high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with product and senior stakeholders to align on strategy and outcomes.
