Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years operating cloud-native infrastructure at scale (AWS/GCP preferred).
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Java, with Linux, networking, and concurrency knowledge.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and service meshes.
• Hands-on CI/CD and IaC using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Helm, Ansible.
• Observability Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Leadership and collaboration to mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure for XRPL services and public networks.
• Build automation for infrastructure lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop observability, secret management, disaster recovery, and regional failover.
• Improve reliability via instrumentation, alerting, and incident response.
• Maintain internal tooling and self-service workflows to boost developer efficiency.
• Evaluate new tools to improve scalability and reduce manual work.
